In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "92game" / "the Operator" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the company operating the 92game platform and website at 92game.asia, holding an international gaming licence and providing online casino and sports betting services.
• "Platform" means the 92game website, mobile interface, applications, and all associated services, including the casino lobby, sportsbook, live betting, and customer account systems accessible at 92game.asia.
• "User" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 92game Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered and maintained by a User on the 92game Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited funds held in a User's 92game Account that are immediately available for wagering and withdrawal, subject to completed KYC verification.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by 92game that are subject to applicable wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by 92game, which includes submission of government-issued identification such as a CNIC or passport.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transaction currency of the 92game Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it qualifies for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotional offer.

2.1 By accessing the 92game Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with the 92game Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotional terms associated with individual bonus offers. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.

2.3 92game reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users are advised to review this document periodically.

3.1 To register and maintain a 92game Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. 92game strictly enforces this age limit and does not permit individuals under 21 to hold or use an Account under any circumstances.
• You must be legally eligible to engage in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your country or jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which 92game's services are explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of a current employee or contractor of 92game or any of its associated software providers.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

3.2 92game employs mandatory age verification procedures. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identification document — such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport — before withdrawal functionality is activated on your Account. 92game may request age verification documentation at any time during the Account lifecycle.

4.1 Each individual User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the 92game Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your Account details promptly in the event of any changes. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password or allow any third party to access your Account. 92game will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 In the event you become aware of any unauthorised use of your 92game Account, you must notify 92game's customer support immediately via the live chat function. 92game reserves the right to suspend an Account pending a security investigation.

4.5 Account Verification (KYC)

92game is required by its international gaming licence to conduct identity verification on all Account holders. You will be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity and enable full Account functionality:

• A valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC)
• A valid passport (Pakistani or foreign, where applicable)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent, issued within the last three months)
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits (e.g., JazzCash or EasyPaisa account confirmation)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 92game may result in Account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal functionality.

5.1 All transactions on the 92game Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, SadaPay, Nayapay, and USDT (cryptocurrency). Availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without notice.

5.2 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and are displayed in the 92game cashier at the time of the transaction. 92game reserves the right to adjust these limits at its sole discretion.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, at 92game's discretion.
• Any active Bonus Balance wagering requirements must be satisfied before Real Money Balance associated with bonus activity is eligible for withdrawal.
• 92game processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Estimated processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier.
• 92game reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts exceeding published thresholds.

5.4 92game does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which 92game accepts no responsibility.

5.5 Deposits must be made solely from accounts and payment methods held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any funds identified as originating from a third-party source may be returned, and the relevant Account may be suspended pending investigation.

6.1 From time to time, 92game may offer bonuses and promotions to registered Account holders. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions when read together.

6.2 Unless a specific promotional offer explicitly states otherwise, the following general bonus terms apply to all 92game promotions:

• Bonuses are awarded as Bonus Balance and are subject to a wagering requirement before becoming withdrawable as real money.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable to sportsbook offers), and expiry periods will be stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• 92game reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one promotional offer may be active at a time, unless specifically stated otherwise in the relevant promotional terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

6.3 Abuse of Promotions

92game operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following activities constitute abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in permanent Account closure:

• Registration of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotional offer more than once
• Collusion with other players in the placement of matched, hedged, or otherwise risk-free bets to satisfy wagering requirements
• Use of automated software or bots to satisfy wagering requirements
• Exploitation of technical errors or software bugs to generate artificially inflated balances or bonus credits

6.4 The 92game Loyalty Programme and any Triple bonus events are governed by specific loyalty programme terms which are available on the relevant platform pages. Loyalty points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly provided for within the Loyalty Programme terms.

7.1 All casino games offered on the 92game Platform are provided by certified, independently audited software studios. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in the case of virtual games, or by real-time human dealing in the case of live dealer games. 92game does not manipulate or interfere with game outcomes.

7.2 All bets placed on the 92game sportsbook, including cricket markets, PSL fixtures, UFC events, and all other sports and events, are subject to the specific betting rules published in the relevant sports section of the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity, 92game's decision on the settlement of a bet shall be final.

7.3 92game reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds — and to cancel any bet that involves any form of fraud, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error.

7.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets on the 92game Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted by 92game at any time without prior notice.

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 92game Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting), whether under your own name or using fictitious identities
• Use of any automated software, bot, script, or exploit to interact with the Platform in any way, including for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements or extracting bonus value
• Any conduct constituting money laundering, fraud, or financial crime under applicable law
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in relation to genuine 92game transactions
• Colluding with other players to share information, fix outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or "malfunctions" to generate unintended winnings
• Providing false identity information or misrepresenting your age during registration or KYC
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which the use of online gambling services is prohibited
• Any conduct that disrupts, interferes with, or damages the 92game Platform or the experience of other users

8.2 92game employs fraud detection systems that operate continuously across all accounts and transactions. These systems are designed to identify the prohibited conduct described in this Article. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct may be suspended without prior notice pending investigation.

9.1 All content on the 92game Platform, including but not limited to the 92game brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, marketing materials, and structural layout, is the intellectual property of 92game or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 92game Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming. This licence does not extend to reproduction, redistribution, reverse engineering, scraping, or any other unauthorised use of 92game content or software.

9.3 Game content displayed on the 92game Platform is the intellectual property of the respective software studios — including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Play'n GO — and is used by 92game under licence. Unauthorised reproduction of game content is strictly prohibited.

10.1 The 92game Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 92game makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous Platform availability and accurate information, 92game makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92game's aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposited by that User in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 92game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from Platform use, including loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress, even if 92game has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.4 92game accepts no responsibility for losses arising from the use of information or game strategies published on third-party websites, social media channels, or in any communications not originating directly from the official 92game platform at 92game.asia.

10.5 All gambling involves financial risk. 92game does not guarantee that you will win or break even during any session or over any period. Gambling losses are the sole responsibility of the User.

11.1 92game is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a core operational principle, not as an afterthought. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all Account holders at any time via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your 92game Account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold for a defined period, after which betting is automatically restricted until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders that alert you to how long you have been active on the Platform during any session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your Account for a period between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude your Account from the Platform. Self-exclusion is immediate upon activation and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your net wagering position and time played during a session.

11.2 92game enforces a mandatory minimum age of 21 years. 92game may require age and identity verification at any point in the Account lifecycle. Accounts verified as belonging to individuals under 21 will be permanently closed and deposits returned.

11.3 If you believe your gambling is becoming harmful to yourself or others, you are strongly encouraged to make use of the self-exclusion tools available in your Account Settings and to seek support from recognised problem gambling support organisations. 12.1 92game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, at any time, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a requested timeframe
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Confirmation that the Account holder is under 21 years of age
• Suspected or confirmed multi-accounting
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct toward 92game staff or other users
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a law enforcement authority

12.2 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 92game reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance. Where an Account is closed for operational or regulatory reasons not related to a user breach, 92game will return any verified Real Money Balance to the Account holder via their registered payment method.

12.3 You may request the closure of your own Account at any time by contacting 92game customer support via live chat. If you request Account closure for responsible gaming reasons, your request will be treated as a self-exclusion request in accordance with Article 11.

13.1 92game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting your rights or obligations in a significant way — 92game will endeavour to notify registered Account holders via the registered email address or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

13.2 Minor amendments, including clarifications, corrections, or formatting changes that do not materially alter the substance of the Terms, may be published without direct notification to users. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent version.

13.3 Your continued use of the 92game Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the Terms as amended. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Article 12.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92game holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to 92game's internal complaints process.

14.2 To raise a complaint, you must contact 92game customer support in writing via the live chat function or at the contact email address published on the 92game Platform. 92game will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and will seek to resolve it within 14 business days.

14.3 If your complaint cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process to your reasonable satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the applicable licensing authority or ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) provider, as specified by 92game's international gaming licence terms.

14.4 In the event of any conflict between different language versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English language version shall prevail.
